PPOC MANITOBA CODE of ETHICS
The Professional Photographers of Canada - Manitoba Inc. has agreed to adhere to the Code of Ethics, as constituted by the Association, as follows:
To endeavor to enhance and ennoble the status of the photographic profession by maintaining a dignity of manner in their behavior, in the presentation of their photography, in the appearance of their studio or place of business, and in all other forms of public contact.
To at all times maintain the highest moral integrity.
To observe the highest standard of honesty in all transactions, avoiding the use of false titles, confusing or inaccurate technical terms or description and misleading terms or claims.
To at all times endeavor to produce those types of photographs and photographic services that will enhance the profession, to apply their best efforts on behalf of the public, and to play their part in raising the general standard of photographic craftsmanship.
To show a friendly spirit of co-operation with their fellow members and assist them whenever possible.
To at all times avoid the use of unfair competitive practices.
To assist and give of their knowledge to their fellow members and to encourage them individually and collectively, so that the quality of photography may consistently be raised to higher standards
