The PPOC respects the privacy of its members and is committed to protecting the personal information of its members as vigorously as possible.
As a general rule, PPOC will collect only information that is voluntarily provided by the member and undertakes that such information will be kept strictly confidential. Information provided to the PPOC will be used to enable PPOC to communicate and otherwise service its members adequately and will not be sold or made available to outside parties.

It is up to the individual member to decide what information they wish to make available and have on record. Information of a business nature will be displayed on the Association Website and in a directory of one form or another and as such can be a useful resource for other members and the public in general.
Personal information collected on this Web site is not stored nor recored other than to process your transaction. If any credit card and payment information is collected, is done so though 128 bit encryption on a secure server. Your IP address may be recorded as a fraud prevention measure.
